Your new role

You'll be responsible for managing requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. The role also involves supporting sourcing activities, reviewing documentation, and contributing to reporting and data analysis.
Key responsibilities:

• Convert requisitions to purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage purchase orders and resolve any related issues
• Create and maintain supplier agreements in collaboration with category teams
• Conduct RFQs and source goods and materials
• Support contract administration and documentation
• Assist with procurement reporting and data analysis

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with contract management and supplier engagement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ERP system experience (Oracle highly regarded)
• Queensland Purchasing Certificate Level 2-3 (desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
