Customer & Fulfillment Specialist – FMCG | Sydney

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order fulfillment? We’re seeking a Customer & Fulfillment Specialist to join a dynamic team within a leading FMCG business, based in Sydney.
In this full-time role, you’ll be the key contact for customer enquiries, managing everything from order processing to returns, and ensuring 100% fulfillment across retail and eCommerce channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, including a 3PL warehouse, to maintain service excellence and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage CRM records, returns, and credit processing.
• Support eCommerce and New Zealand customer service functions.
• Own the end-to-end order process from purchase to delivery.
• Liaise with freight carriers and warehouse teams to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to resolve issues and support campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in FMCG.
• Strong communication skills and a personable approach.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to EDI processes and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally.

Location: Sydney
Travel: Occasional visits to 3PL warehouse in Horsley Park
