About the role:

This role uses your sales drive in conjunction with relationships and technical skills. You will build your client base, creating opportunities, identifying solutions, and contribute to our pipeline of projects.

You spend your time out meeting clients both new and existing, conducting inspections, and developing proposals and reports that provide innovative solutions. You’ll be backed by a strong national team who deliver the high standards our clients expect. You will show our clients why we are the team to trust, racking up sales wins to the top of the leaderboard.

Travel across metropolitan and regional areas is part of the role, and a positive one. It keeps the work varied, gives you autonomy, and connects you directly with the clients you’re building relationships with.

About you:

Proven success in sales, ideally within construction, trade or other design-and-construct environment

Understanding of construction - the closer to roofing, waterproofing and similar, the better

Adaptable and varied sales skills, succeeding through relationships, product benefits, and sheer sales nous

Demonstrated ability to meet sales activity targets that drive performance

A competitive mindset with genuine motivation to achieve results - you're wired to win, in the right ways

Strong communication and relationship building skills, comfortable in the board room or on a work site
