Your opportunity
As our valued CRM Campaigns Officer, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance prospective student engagement across all stages of the recruitment journey. Working closely with the CRM Campaigns Lead, you will assist in the reporting of campaign performance and effectiveness across the year. You will make an impact by:
- Supporting the delivery of dynamic CRM campaigns through Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, from content drafting to deployment and reporting
- Collaborating with marketing, recruitment, design and content teams to deliver relevant, creative and personalised communications to key audience segments
- Collaborate with the design team, content, studio, recruitment and marketing teams on creative assets, asset libraries, and eDM designs to deliver personalised, relevant communications to our key audiences.
- Support the improvement of the student experience through all audience segments, using Microsoft Dynamics Marketing and other platforms to deliver innovative email campaigns, targeted SMS comms, building forms and optimising web content
- Contribute to the development of robust reporting, including tracking of campaign analytics, including having a solid understanding of how to measure digital marketing success.

You’re a motivated marketing professional, eager to learn from an experienced team passionate about transforming the student experience through targeted and personalised communication. You enjoy using technology and insights to create engaging, effective campaigns. Proactive, detail-focused and collaborative, you’re able to balance creativity with operational precision to deliver results that make a real difference to our future students. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant experience in CRM marketing
- Demonstrated experience identifying and segmenting target audiences to increase engagement and conversion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office (including Excel and SharePoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics and automation tools is desirable)

Your opportunity is:
- Full-time, fixed term (12 months)
- Located at either Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, Gold Coast, QLD 4225, or Lismore, NSW 2480.
- HEW Level 5. The base salary ranges from $83,563 - $92,857 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $108,642.
