The Role in One Line
Own the data, tools, and journeys that help leads flow smoothly through every stage — from first click to raving fan.
What You’ll Do
Integrate & streamline: Connect Pipedrive, Xero, Mailchimp, Kartra, Google Suite, Elementor, Canva, SEMrush, and SMS tools (Podium/JustCall) into one cohesive funnel.
Design lifecycle journeys: Automate email/SMS flows that nurture, educate, and re-engage prospects.
Build custom GPTs: Create AI assistants that answer FAQs, engage leads, and support customers 24/7.
Maintain data discipline: Keep UTMs, schema maps, and dedupe rules tight for clean reporting and CRM hygiene.
Report effortlessly: Build dashboards in Google Sheets/Looker Studio/Google Sites that show funnel health, campaign ROI, and business insights.

GPTs capturing and converting leads around the clock.
Sales saying: “These leads are better prepared.”
More sales are coming through from well-designed follow-up workflows
Smooth data flow between marketing, sales, finance, and service.
Leadership using your reports weekly to guide decisions.
You’ll Bring
3–6+ years in CRM / Lifecycle / Marketing Automation / Customer Journey + Optimisation roles.
Hands-on experience integrating CRMs and ESPs (e.g. Pipedrive, Mailchimp).
Solid automation skills (Zapier, Make, or API connections).
Experience with Google Suite, Elementor, Canva, SEMrush.
Curiosity to explore AI, GPTs, and next-gen tools.
A track record of designing journeys that lift engagement and conversion.
Bonus points for:
Integrating finance systems (e.g. Xero) into sales/marketing workflows.
Experience in trades, services, or high-ticket consumer industries.
Salary & Benefits
