Pathways Residences is a luxury residential aged-care provider operating across Sydney. We are looking for a Workforce and Roster Coordinator to join our team at Cronulla NSW 2230. The role is permanent full time Monday – Friday and is responsible for the home's roster.

Roster 350 staff

Fill short and long-term leave

Identify recruitment needs, advertise vacancies, coordinate interviews, and coordinate onboarding of successful applicants

Reporting to the Executive Manager, and working closely with Payroll, HR Manager & networking with other Roster Coordinators from other sites.

Have good understanding of Australian Employment Laws and Enterprise Agreements

The role is fast-paced, exciting and fulfilling.

About you

Rostering experience in a Residential Aged Care Facility highly desirable

Any qualification relevant to the role is desirable

Highly organised and efficient

Friendly and outgoing

Have Initiative

Very sound IT skills and can learn programs

Current: police check, immunisation history (covid + flu), NDIS clearance
