The Opportunity

We’re expanding our rostering team and have an opportunity for an experienced rostering professional to join us as either a Rostering Team Leader or Rostering Officer. If you have rostering experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate daily rostering to meet client and workforce needs.

Match client preferences with staff availability and qualifications.

Respond promptly to shift changes, cancellations and urgent requests.

Maintain accurate records in rostering and CRM systems (VisualCare highly regarded).

Collaborate with case managers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Participate in the after-hours on-call phone roster to manage urgent rostering matters outside business hours.

For Team Leader: lead and mentor the rostering team, oversee escalations and report on KPIs.

About You

Essential: Rostering or scheduling experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with rostering software and Microsoft Office.

For Team Leader: previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Please note: only candidates with rostering or scheduling experience in Aged Care and/or NDIS will be considered.

Salary & Benefits

Rostering Officer: $65,000 – $75,000 + super (depending on experience).

Rostering Team Leader: $80,000 – $95,000 + super (depending on experience).
