About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Workforce & People Manager to lead rostering, recruitment, and HR coordination across our growing organisation.
This hands on role ensures we have the right people in the right place at the right time to deliver exceptional client care. You’ll enjoy flexibility to work two - three days per week from home, with one week of after-hours phone coverage per month as part of our leadership on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage rosters for nurses, and personal care staff, ensuring coverage aligns with client needs and funding.
Oversee recruitment including advertising, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, training, and HR documentation in Connecteam.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and improve rostering efficiency.
Support a positive workplace culture and uphold Scovier Care’s values of respect, inclusion, and excellence.
About You
Previous experience in rostering, HR coordination, or workforce planning within community, aged, or disability services.
Skilled in Connecteam, Xero, or similar systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator who enjoys supporting people and solving problems.
Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative leadership team.
