To be considered for this role:

You must have proven experience in a Transport & Logistics business as an allocator or similar.

Position:

As part of a busy and progressive transport company, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries for any given day are allocated and completed correctly. You will have a thorough understanding of CoR principles including strong Fatigue Management understanding along with NHVR requirements. This role is predominantly Monday – Friday with overtime available most weekends.

Duties:

· allocating runs for 50 + drivers and vehicles

· Ensuring driver runs are efficiently structured

· Liaising with customers

· Monitoring driver performance and on-time performance

· Communicating expectations to drivers

· Compliance with all relevant legal requirement

Personal Specification:

· Good understanding of 1STOP and Container Chain

· Self-starting, motivated, organised with an attention to detail

· Can Do attitude and motivated to achieve results

· A strong mix of achievement focus and relationship building

· Professional manner

· Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation

· Strong computer literacy

· Efficient time management skills
