About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Allocator to join our Minchinbury team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of transport coordination and fleet scheduling within a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in scheduling and allocating our rigid fleet including, ensuring deliveries run efficiently and drivers remain compliant with fatigue and NHVAS requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Daily allocation of HR fleet

Communicating with drivers and customers regarding deliveries

Ensuring compliance with fatigue and NHVAS requirements

Monitoring run sheets and assisting with docket control

Helping maintain accurate allocation and customer records

Liaising with the sales team regarding customer requirements

Providing general administrative support to the operations team

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Eager to learn and grow within the transport and logistics industry

Organised and proactive with good attention to detail

Confident communicating with drivers and customers

Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

A team player who thrives in a busy environment

Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration is an advantage

Hours & Benefits

Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Every 3rd Saturday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

On-the-job training provided
