About the Client

A global freight forwarder with over 30 years’ experience and offices across five continents is seeking a Senior Transport Allocator / Supervisor to join their Sydney team. Known for handling diverse products and projects, this forwarder offers strong support and clear pathways for career progression.

What You’ll Get

About the Role

Allocate and manage trucks for deliveries from port/wharf to customer sites

Schedule container transport for FCL, LCL, and air shipments

Act as the main contact for clients, drivers, and customers

Monitor schedules, resolve delays, and ensure on-time deliveries

Book and manage time slots at depots and customer sites

Oversee and support the onsite transport coordinator

About You

2+ years’ transport coordination experience within freight forwarding

Motivation to step up into a supervisory position
