Elite Haulage is looking for someone to join the team who’s calm under pressure, confident in making decisions with the expertise to allocate up to 60 trucks on a daily basis. What you will need to succeed:

A professional, level-headed approach, even when things get busy.

Knowledge of Sydney’s metro / NSW rural and interstate delivery logistics.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Proven ability to manage drivers and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

A team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of NHVR compliance and fatigue management.

Previous experience in a similar transport allocator or dispatcher role 3 year minimum.
