About the Roles

Senior Chef:

You’ll help lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef — contributing ideas, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining the high standards that make Louie a local favourite.

Junior Chef:

You’ll work hands-on across all sections, learning from some of Sydney’s most talented chefs while developing your technical skills and creativity.

Passion for modern Italian cooking and fresh, seasonal produce

Experience in fine dining or hatted-level kitchens

Strong technical ability in fresh pasta, pastry, and open-flame cooking

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and cleanliness

Professional, positive attitude and team spirit

Self-motivation and initiative

Desire to learn, grow, and lead
