We’re seeking an experienced Grill Chef (CDP) who takes pride in quality, consistency, and presentation. This is a key hands-on position focused on premium steak preparation, timing, and execution.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for leading the grill section and ensuring every plate meets our premium standards.

Key duties include:

Cooking premium steak cuts to specific temperatures with accuracy

Managing grill timing and plate coordination during service

Monitoring quality, portioning, and presentation

Maintaining prep levels, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for smooth service

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years’ grill or hot section experience (steakhouse preferred)

Strong understanding of steak cuts, temperatures, and timing

Calm, professional attitude during busy service periods

Excellent organisation and cleanliness

Availability for evenings and weekends

Relevant food safety certification preferred
