About the role

Focusing on the industrial workwear market, your duties as an onsite Business Development Manager will include but not be limited to:

opening and closing client sales while managing sales reporting

building/maintaining relationships with retailers, B2B partners & corporate clients

implementing strategies to exceed sales targets across multiple market segments

developing in-depth product knowledge to build credibility and provide product alternatives to customers

identifying opportunities to expand product ranges & distribution channels

representing Brahma and Caribee brands at industry events

addressing partner inquiries & ensuring customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Proven sales record with measurable retail/wholesale/B2B results

Current AUS driver's license essential

Demonstrated ability to close deals and grow sales essential

Min. 2 years BDM/sales/account management experience in workwear/PPE sectors highly desirable

Exceptional interpersonal skills + ability to present, negotiate and build relationships across all client levels

Ability to travel for meetings, trade shows and events as needed

Ideal skills & experience

Demonstrated ability to secure and develop key client accounts

Experience with industrial retailers and distribution channels preferred

B2B sales expertise in PPE/workwear sector advantageous

Proven capability in market expansion & territory management

Ability to both hunt for leads and sell the solutions

Successful negotiation of high-value contracts and orders.
