As we continue to expand, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Call Centre Staff Member to join our team. This role will initially be 2 days per week, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role (5 days per week).

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, your key responsibility will be making outbound calls to businesses to introduce our services, gather information about upcoming contract reviews, and set up appointments for the sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building rapport, and playing a vital role in the company’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients across various industries

Identify the right decision-makers in relation to commercial cleaning contracts

Generate leads and book qualified appointments for the sales team

Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Follow up on warm leads and previous conversations

Provide excellent customer service, representing Primeway with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a call centre, sales, or telemarketing role preferred (but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in speaking with decision-makers over the phone (Cold Calling)

Highly organized with attention to detail

Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
