Our boutique showroom in Nunawading are looking for a Casual/ Full-time/ Part-time Store Consultant to join our team.

Starting date for all positions: As soon as possible

Nunawading showroom (4 vacancies ): 370 Whitehorse Road, Nunawading, Vic 3131.

Working schedule : following the roster subject to requirement.

For casual position, you will be paid: AUD33.95/hour on week days, AUD40.74/hour on Saturday, AUD47.53/hour on Sunday plus 12% super plus 2% - 4% commission of sales revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities

Consulting customers in the showroom and assisting them with sales queries and finalising the sales

Liaising with Customer Service team to resolve any issues

Following up with potential customers

Answering the showroom phone, company hotline and assisting customers with their questions or queries

Interacting with customers through social media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & WhatsApp)

Daily banking

Arranging new price tags and marketing material when launching new promotion programs

Ensuring the showroom is kept neat and tidy, and all items are displayed correctly per company guidelines at all times

Any other duties as directed by Sales Director

About You

Previous experience in a similar role (Furniture experience desirable)

Priority students are learning or graduated with a degree in architecture, interior design, fashion design.

Friendly and outgoing

The ability to solve customers' complaints or questions in a professional manner

Outstanding customer service skills

A vibrant and positive approach to work

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Active team player and self-motivation skill

Must have permanent valid work rights in Australia.
