Panache Hotel Group (PHG) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding hotel management company specializing in short-term accommodations, hotels, and independent serviced apartments. With headquarters in Western Australia, PHG currently operates five distinguished hotels in Perth and Melbourne.

We are now seeking passionate and professional individuals to join our front office team at Peppers Docklands Melbourne Hotel, conveniently located beside Marvel Stadium in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct.

About the Role

We have two positions available —

Hotel Receptionist (Day Shift)

Night Shift Receptionist / Night Auditor (11:00pm – 7:00am)

Both positions are crucial in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily hotel operations. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.

Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately using the hotel PMS system.

Assist with daily reporting, reservations, and general front office administration.

Maintain security and safety standards during the shift.

(For Night Shift) Perform nightly audits, prepare financial reports, and ensure system rollovers are completed accurately.

About You

Previous front office or customer service experience (preferably in hotels).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Competent with Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (Newbook / Opera Cloud experience an advantage).

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Availability for weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.

For the night role: Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays (11pm–7am).
