We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team at ORTC. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Finance & Operations Manager and Managing Director, supporting day-to-day financial administration and keeping our office running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, purchase order processing, invoice processing, and general office management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry, payment processing, and follow-ups on overdue accounts.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements and assist with monthly reporting and end-of-month processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry in accounting software.
Provide general administrative support to the Finance & Operations Manager and Managing Director.
Manage the office environment, ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and keeping things running efficiently.
Assist with payroll processing and leave tracking.
Support ad hoc projects and tasks across the team as needed.
About You
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all financial and admin tasks.
Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or finance admin is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using accounting/payroll systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar).
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Friendly and adaptable, with a team-first mindset.
