Reception / Administration Assistant – Adelaide South Side

An established and growing accounting firm is seeking a Reception / Administration Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of proven administration experience in accounting or professional services who is looking to step into a supportive and professional workplace.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and provide essential administrative support to the team, while enjoying flexibility, ongoing training, and career development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 12 months’ experience in an administrative role within accounting or professional services

Strong attention to detail and high standards of work

Familiarity with ATO and ASIC processes

Genuine interest in building a long-term career in accounting

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality administrative support across accounting divisions

Prepare invoices, correspondence, and client documentation

Manage client queries via phone, email, and in person

Maintain accurate client records and compliance requirements (ATO/ASIC)

Assist with workflow tracking to meet deadlines

Contribute to firm projects, improvements, and ad hoc tasks
