Lutka Boutique is searching for a professional and friendly Bridal Shop Stylist / Assistant Manager to join our growing small business!

Experience & Skills required:

Minimum 2 years fashion retail experience. Bridal experience is highly desirable but not essential if the candidate has other strong credentials.

Proven experience in managing a busy workload whilst also delivering high levels of customer service.

The ability to learn quickly and retain information regarding product and service options which are updated on regular basis.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Self-motivated, takes initiative and a confident problem solver.

Have a passion for special occasion fashion with an intention to peruse a long-term career in fashion retail.

Approachable and patient personality.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Provide genuine and professional customer service tailored to meet the needs of each customer. Style consulting and assisting customers with trying on, fit/size advice, measurements and completing the order process.

Liaise with suppliers to process and manage customer orders/enquiries.

Appointment management and general admin tasks including website updates.

Daily shop maintenance including cleaning and merchandising.

Managing deliveries, unpacking, steaming, quality control and pricing.

General hand-sewing skills will be favored for minor repairs like loose beads on samples.

Achieving sales targets and assisting management in developing new sales strategies.

Assisting with social media marketing as well as trade shows and industry events.

Reporting on customer feedback, trends analysis and assist with style selection.

Additional Information:

All candidates must be available to work Saturdays
