Gosnells Golf Club is a leading golfing destination that hosts member competitions and corporate events. We are seeking a casual Golf Operations / Pro‑Shop Assistant to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for motivated individuals who have passion for golf and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. If you have a strong understanding of golf operations and experience in a customer service-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Greet members and guests with professional, friendly service in person, by phone and by email

Operate the POS/EFTPOS, process sales, returns and daily takings reconciliation accurately

Maintain shop presentation: restocking, pricing, merchandising and periodic stock counts

Assist with tee bookings, bag handling, competition sign‑in and event support

Learn product features to advise members on apparel, accessories and basic equipment; refer specialist fittings to the Golf Operations Manager

Receive deliveries, assist with simple ordering and basic stockroom organisation

Maintain a tidy, welcoming pro‑shop and uphold club standards of presentation, confidentiality and member service
