The Role

As the 2IC you will oversee the successful daily operations of the Retail side of the business. You will lead by example and drive your team to deliver the highest quality of customer service. Other duties you will perform include:

• Assist the Store Manager in the daily running of the store
• Demonstrate passion for our brand and commitment to growing our customer loyalty program
• Inducting and training of all new team members while continually building capabilities of existing team members
• Assist in stock management and merchandising tasks
• Promote a harmonious team environment and manage workplace relations when necessary
• Actively drive store recruitment for all retail roles

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Customer-focused with a friendly, engaging personality.
• Experienced in pharmacy or retail (preferred, not essential).
• Strong in communication and teamwork.
• Professional in presentation with a customer-first attitude.

Bonus if you have:

• A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I–IV).
• Experience with MINFOS or FRED systems.
