Expression of Interest – Full-Time Store Manager (Expanding Pool Retail Network)

Are you a hands-on retail leader who loves taking ownership, driving sales, and creating a great customer experience?

Poolwerx — one of Australia’s fastest-growing pool and spa retail and service networks — is expanding across Perth. As part of our growth, we’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced Store Managers who are ready to step into a leadership role at one of our Perth retail locations.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your store, supported by a Retail Manager and Assistant Retail Manager who oversee our broader network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants the autonomy of running their own store — without being left on an island.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading daily store operations — opening, closing, merchandising, stock and presentation

Delivering exceptional customer service and product advice

Meeting and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs

Coaching and supporting casual staff (where applicable)

Maintaining store cleanliness, safety and compliance standards

Upholding Poolwerx brand values and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in retail management or leadership (store, assistant or department level)

A sales-driven mindset — you take pride in hitting targets and celebrating wins

Strong communication and organisational skills

Someone reliable, proactive and accountable — a self-starter, not a seat-warmer

A practical, hands-on operator who leads by example
