Originate and deepen relationships with both candidates and employers, turning every successful placement into repeatable business.

This role is not about administration or people management. It's about business development, market credibility and delivery—with a platform that guarantees transaction certainty behind you.

What you'll do

Build, prioritise and execute a 90-day go-to-market plan for your chosen industries/regions

Originate new employer relationships and convert to exclusivity/retainers or multi-role supply.

Source and represent candidates aligned to their preferences and employer needs

Use Minerva and our ATS/CRM to create fast, values-aligned shortlists; run structured interviews, business development and build long-term relationships.

Track pipeline, fees and SLAs in live dashboards; learn, iterate and scale.

What you'll bring:

2–5+ years as a recruiter (or equivalent BD/delivery role) with a track record of self-originated wins and success.

Agency recruitment experience is highly desirable for this role.

Evidence of exclusivity/retainer business or repeat-business growth

Builder's mindset: You are driven by outcomes and ready to be rewarded accordingly.

Fluent communicator, comfortable with change; you embrace AI-assisted workflows and data-driven decision-making.

High integrity: you respect restraints, confidentiality and candidate care standards.

How you'll earn — choose your path

Retainer + sliding commission on margin slices. The higher the retainer, the lower the commission

You're credited for relationships you originate; commission follows your negotiated scale.

Margin-share model: earn up to 66% of the margin you generate on a transaction.
