The Role: Locum Recruitment Consultant

Are you a seasoned medical health recruitment professional with a passion for the healthcare industry?

Are you a Locum recruitment consultant that's done your apprenticeship and are ready to break out of a structure that's holding you back and lead the growth of a locum business focused on supporting rural and regional health services?

You'll understand this is a fast-paced phone based sales role - ideal for people who thrive on building relationships, striving towards goals and being rewarded for your effort and success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and managing a portfolio of doctor candidates

Partnering with hospitals and health services to understand locum needs

Matching the right doctors to the right short-term roles

Delivering a seamless experience to both clients and candidates

Negotiating rates, contracts, and availability

Hitting (and beating) your placement and revenue targets
