This opportunity is to join our Labour Hire Recruitment team, within our Geebung team. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll hit the ground running, working alongside a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes. This opportunity would be ideal for a Resourcer wanting to progress into a consultant role or consultant wanting to develop further within both Recruitment & Business Development.

The ideal Recruitment Consultant

Previous and proven experience working in a fast-paced Labour Hire Recruitment role – ideally within Mining, Civil, Construction or Electrical.

Proficient Experience using JobAdder, LinkedIn and Seek or other CRM platforms.

Source top-tier candidates via numerous platforms

Screen, interview, and onboard candidates who uphold Minecon Recruitment’s standards of performance, safety, and attitude.

Cultivate long-term relationships with talent; candidates who trust us for regular, meaningful work

Craft and post job ads across media and job boards, ensuring clarity and alignment with role expectations

Liaise closely with clients (internal Account Managers, external Site/Project Managers) to confirm job briefs and candidate quality

Take ownership of general recruitment admin, compliance, and onboarding processes

Share your recruitment expertise with both candidates and clients; consult, advise, and deliver
