Role Description

We are on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant to come join our office based in Milton.

This individual will be responsible for sourcing and placing talent in their respective industry field, conducting interviews, consulting with clients, communicating with relevant stakeholders both on-site and remotely, as well as new business development.

Skills and Experience

Experience in Recruitment, or Business Development

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner

Strong Interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a part of a team

An appetite to be successful, and help build a global brand in Australia

Experience in any of the following industries, Engineering, Rail, Mining, Government, and Construction industries is a plus
