About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bulimba.

You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates across public practice and commercial accounting.

You’ll get access to an active client base, so the focus is on relationship management and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing your own portfolio of clients (hundreds of active clients already on hand)
• Sourcing and engaging top-tier talent through SEEK, LinkedIn, job ads, and proactive outreach
• Conducting interviews and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Supporting business development through relationship-building and market mapping
• Collaborating with a close-knit, supportive team that has your back

What We’re Looking For

• 1 - 4 years’ experience in recruitment or a strong client-facing background (sales, account management, HR, etc.)
• Confident communication and strong emotional intelligence
• Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
• Interest in professional services (accounting, finance, HR, etc.) experience in these areas is a bonus, not essential
