The Role

You’ll be working with one our Directors, Zakary Nash, in our Legal Professional division. Not only will you be able to walk into a well established desk, but you will also have the support, mentorship and leadership of a seasoned recruiter to help you grow.

Servicing our Brisbane clients, in this 360-consultant role you will:

• Source, screen and interview suitable candidates for lawyer roles (from graduates to Partners).
• Meet with clients to build relationships and secure job briefs;
• Organise interviews and prepare candidates for interview;
• Create talent and client pipelines to grow future job opportunities and clients;
• Update and maintain client and candidate database records; and
• Maintaining relationships with placed candidates and clients to provide follow-up and post placement care.

About You

We’re seeking a recruitment consultant with at least 12 months’ experience in professional services recruitment (or, for those without experience, someone coming from a legal background). You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and bring:
