Although we have physical offices in Sydney and Tewantin (Qld) we are in essence a virtual firm. We achieve this by using Actionstep, Google, Docusign & PEXA and other cloud based applications.

This is a work from home position. We have built our firm to allow for maximum flexibility, the least amount of stress and the highest possible paycheck.

We pay you a weekly base salary but your remuneration is based on a generous percentage of your earnings. This means you have no boss - only colleagues. We will strive to help you reach your fee earning goals. We have as much work as you can do (we are currenttly turning away work).

We have an extremely detailed mortgage advances procedures manual. You will be assigned an experienced associate and paralegal and, as your practice grows, another and so on.

We have advanced document assembly technology that generates our security documents automatically. All searches are done and forms filled out by your paralegals.

You will have conduct of your own matters and be a director of the firm. This will be under the close supervision and training of our other partners. As your confidence grows you will rely on her less and less.

All loan certifications (the final step before funds are released) are counter-signed by another director. This is to ensure due diligence standards are met. You will not be required to counter-sign anyone else for your first two years. Our partners are expert in mortgage enforcement in all states and will train you in the particulars.

Fee share is calculated and paid weekly. Your opening base salary will be $120,000 (gross). Once you reach your stride, your earnings will be between $150-$250k depending upon how much work you choose to take on.

We are a warm and collegial virtual workplace. Our solicitor directors closely collaborate with one another. Nevertheless you will run your own matters, have your own clients and be able to work at your own pace. This gives you the autonomy of a sole practitioner without the downsides of having to manage a practice with everything which that entails.

We have paralegals who do the administrative work (file opening, searches, calling to chase documents etc). We have a dedicated bookkeepers who do all billing and trust accounts. We have another bookkeeper who handles all disbursements and receipts. We have an Operations Partner who handles systems, precedents, and recruitment. We have very experienced practitioners who oversee the running of the firm.
