We’re now expanding to Sydney, and looking for an experienced Loan Writer to support our next phase of growth.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Loan Writer or Mortgage Broker to join our Sydney team in August 2025. This is a high-performance, on-site position focused on executing deals – no cold calling, no lead generation. You’ll be working with a proven framework and a high-conversion pipeline of motivated clients.

What You’ll Get

Base salary of $80K - $120K + super

Commission on up-fronts (OTE up to $200K)

What You’ll Do

Manage the loan application process end-to-end – from documents to submission to settlement

Work with our property and finance team to deliver seamless, smart lending solutions

Handle diverse lending scenarios including SMSF, trust structures and complex investors

Navigate second-tier lenders and complex client profiles with confidence

What You’ll Bring

At least 3 years’ experience in loan processing or broking

Completed Cert IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Experience working on SMSF deals and with second-tier lenders

Proficient in ApplyOnline and LoanApp/Simpology

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working full-time in-office (Sydney-based

No Prospecting, All Performing

Must be settling over $3M per month in your current role and must have settled over 100 loans in your career as a broker.
