We’re seeking a skilled professional to manage a consistent flow of qualified construction finance leads and help clients turn their dream homes into reality.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handle end-to-end loan writing, from application through to settlement.

Manage and convert pre-qualified construction leads – no cold calling required.

Work closely with the Stroud Homes team to ensure clients receive a seamless finance-to-build experience.

Lodge deals under the business and collaborate with a supportive operations team.

Maintain strong relationships with lenders and clients, ensuring a smooth process every time.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer, ideally with construction lending expertise.

Ability to manage a high volume of leads (around 30 per week) and convert efficiently.

Self-sufficient, process-driven, and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Current Accreditation and MFAA/FBAA membership preferred.
