What You’ll Actually Do

You won’t be cold-calling.
You’ll be taking booked appointments with fully qualified leads - complete fact-find, ready to roll. You’ll help everyday Aussies (and savvy investors) find, structure, and secure the best loans for their goals.

We’ll stack the deck in your favour:

What We Need From You

Positive energy and a “let’s go” attitude

The ability to connect fast, build trust, and close with integrity

Strong self-drive - you don’t need babysitting

Solid problem-solving and resilience

Excellent time management and follow-through

Top-tier communication and people skills

Experience with Finsure/Infynity (or similar aggregator CRMs)

A proven track record hitting monthly targets

Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking

MFAA/FBAA membership, current driver’s licence

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a broker or lender

Bonus points if you can bring a bit of personality, humour, and hustle to the team. We like brokers who not only get the job done — but make it fun.
