We’re looking for driven, experienced mortgage brokers with a sales mindset who want to take control of their earning potential. As part of our team, you’ll work alongside Robert Simpson, tapping into our strong brand, established processes, and CSM support to help you focus on what you do best; building relationships and writing deals.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in mortgage lending (mandatory) min 18 months

Self-motivated, organised, and confident, working independently

Strong communicator with a client-first approach

Certificate IV/Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking

Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office & Google Suite)

Strong sales skills and happy to pick up the phone to a database
