About the role:

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional care experiences, mentoring a passionate team of Registered Nurses and Carer's, and driving continuous improvement in a vibrant, values-led environment. Key duties include:

• Coordinating and overseeing clinical outcomes and care services within the Residential Aged Care Facility

• Leading the development and review of individualised care plans and behaviour support strategies

• Ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation aligned with regulatory standards

• Providing daily clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing and care teams, under the direction of the Facility Manager.

• Overseeing safe and effective medication management, including audits and protocol compliance

• Collaborating with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, person-centred care

• Championing innovation, wellbeing, and a workplace culture where everyone thrives

About You:

• Proven clinical leadership in aged care or healthcare settings

• Expertise in managing complex care needs including palliative care and cognitive decline

• Strong skills in care planning, medication protocols, and regulatory compliance

• AHPRA registration and a commitment to clinical excellence

• A passion for mentoring, innovation, and making a real impact
