We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join the growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative residential projects that reflect Sydney’s diverse architectural landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and documentation of custom homes, duplexes, and small-scale developments.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional designs.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications in compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local councils to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee the coordination of design elements throughout the construction phase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and building technologies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in high-end residential architecture.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit).
• Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and local planning regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
