Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes in financial services? Weβre looking for a Senior Client Service Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of financial advice, manage Centrelink interactions, and oversee our offshore administration team.
This role offers a clear career progression pathway into a Practice Manager position, making it ideal for someone ready to take the next step in leadership and operational oversight.
π Key Responsibilities
Advice Implementation: Coordinate and execute financial strategies across superannuation, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
Centrelink Management: Handle Centrelink applications, updates, and ongoing client support to ensure entitlements are optimised.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing timely updates, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Platform & CRM Expertise: Understand HUB24 platform and how to operate including trading and demonstrate strong knowledge of industry CRM systems such as Xplan.
Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of our offshore administration team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with service standards.
Process Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure all client service activities are completed efficiently and compliantly.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure all actions meet regulatory and internal standards.
π― About You
Proven 5+ years experience in a client service or paraplanning role within financial services.
Previous paraplanning experience is highly regarded.
Strong working knowledge of HUB24 and industry CRM systems (e.g. Worksorted or Xplan).
Experience managing offshore or remote teams.
Familiarity with Centrelink processes and financial advice implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Diploma of Financial Planning or relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential).
Ambition to grow into a Practice Manager role.
