We are a small but enthusiastic team, and an opportunity has arisen for a versatile and dedicated professional to join us in a role that combines sales administration with warehouse and logistics management.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for both sales administration and warehouse operations. The role ensures smooth customer communication, efficient order processing, and the effective management of our warehouse and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics

Prepare outgoing shipments and book couriers

Receive incoming goods and check deliveries

Operate forklift to unload, store, and arrange stock

Carry out regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records

Manage day-to-day organisation of the warehouse

Sales Administration & Support:

Manage the sales inbox and all incoming orders

Process and enter sales orders accurately and in a timely manner

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for order fulfilment and delivery tracking

Prepare and issue quotes, invoices and purchase orders as required

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

Facilities Maintenance

Assist with general building upkeep (gardening, basic repairs, cleaning gutters etc.)

Maintain safe and tidy warehouse and office areas

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or warehouse operations

Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Forklift (LF) licence and driver’s licence are essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

This is a permanent full-time position on-site in our Botany warehouse.
