Role

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous experience in Operations, Warehousing or Logistics management roles and a solid understanding of Warehouse & Operational environments.

You will be a team player who is happy to get his hands dirty and lead by example, and is eager to learn and grow and continually strive to exceed expectations.

Duties

Be our main point of contact for our Internal and External Warehouse teams, as well as our Suppliers.

Manage: Day-to-day management of our internal warehouse staff, work-load planning, cost management and recruitment & training to build a high-performing professional team

Support: Our internal Sales Support channel, being proactive in answering questions and solving issues.

Reporting: Provide weekly reports on Inventory Levels, DIFOT and Human Resources

Ordering: Responsibility for managing and ordering consumables

Warehouse Investigations: Work closely with the Inventory & Customer Service team to resolve Stocktake and Customer Service issues

Key Skills and Attributes

You have strong and clear English language skills both verbally and in writing emails/communications

You have previous experience in a Warehouse or Operations leadership role

Excellent people skills and a genuine desire to work within a team and make a difference

An absolute eagle eye attention to detail

You like investigating and solving problems

You have demonstrated an ability to improve processes

A good understand of excel and cloud-based technology platforms (generally comfortable with technology)

You can time manage and have ability to prioritise

You can communicate well and are able to ask for help

You can handle pressure and fast paced environments.

Hours

We work Monday to Friday daytime hours, starting at 7:00am
We do not work after 6pm or on weekends
