Job Description:
TGL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Administrator at TGL Revesby warehouse. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in managing order processing, invoicing, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General Warehouse Administration: Oversee day-to-day warehouse administrative tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, Invoices, shipments, and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
Managing Orders: Utilize the system to manage incoming and outgoing orders. Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Generate and complete all necessary paperwork associated with orders and shipments.
Liaising and Communication: Act as a point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal team members. Ensure effective communication channels are maintained to facilitate smooth operations.
Stock Management: Generate and analyze Stock on Hand (SOH) reports regularly to monitor inventory levels. Assist in stock-taking and physical inventory checks as needed to ensure accuracy.
Pick and Pack Support: Support warehouse staff in the picking and packing of orders during peak periods or as required. Ensure orders are correctly assembled and prepared for shipment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Education or equivalent; in logistics, warehouse management, business administration is a plus.
1-2 years proven experience in warehouse administration or a similar administrative role within a logistics environment.
Full work right with no limitation
Full time role work Monday- Friday from 8am-4:30pm at TGL Revesby Warehouse, 150 Milperra Rd, Revesby NSW,2212
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and computer software, Warehouse management system, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, for clear and effective correspondence with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and accuracy-driven, ensuring all paperwork and records are error-free.
