We're looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our growing team at Global Steel. This role is ideal for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump on the tools when needed, and lead a team with confidence and clarity.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse operations management experience.

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our steel warehouse — coordinating jobs, managing workflow, and ensuring every order is processed and dispatched on time. You'll be responsible for leading a warehouse team of up to 10 people, working across three machines, including two manual bending machines, so a solid understanding of machinery operation and production flow is essential.

Advanced programming experience with machinery operation is required.

Essential requirement for steel industry experience is necessary for this role.

A minimum of 5+ years of team leadership experience is required.
