About the Role:

As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience from start to finish. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle, supporting and driving key people initiatives that make a real impact.

You'll work closely with the HR Manager and have the chance to contribute to broader HR projects that support engagement, performance, and culture across our group of businesses which include NightOwl, The Benson Hotel & Think Commercial. Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job ads and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.

Prepare and issue employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Track and follow up on outstanding training and documentation, helping us stay on top of compliance and development goals.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters and leavers.

Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures, contributing to a strong and consistent people framework.

Collaborate on building and enhancing our training programs, helping to shape a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

What You'll Bring

A background in Human Resources, Recruitment, Training, or Policy Development is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Proactive and can-do mindset with genuine desire to support others and grow.
