At Healthia, we’re on a mission to become Australia and New Zealand’s most trusted allied health provider. Across our growing network of optometry, podiatry, physiotherapy, and hand therapy clinics, we live by one purpose: Transforming Health, Enriching Lives.
We’re looking for a HR Generalist to join our team, partnering with our Hand Therapy division, nationally.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, people-centred environment, supporting leaders, contributing to key projects, and helping shape a consistent and positive employee experience across our network.
You’ll work closely with operational and clinical leaders, providing practical support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement through to workforce growth and development.
Your Key Focus Areas
Build strong relationships with leaders across the Hand Therapy network, offering day-to-day people support and advice.
Assist with workforce planning, leadership development, and succession activities.
Coordinate and deliver core employee lifecycle initiatives (onboarding, performance reviews, team engagement).
Support acquisition integration and organisational change activities.
Promote Healthia’s values, EVP, and wellbeing initiatives across the network.
Use people data and insights to support decision-making and improvement opportunities.
About You
You’re a people-first HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders and teams to make a real impact. You bring curiosity, initiative, and a practical approach, and you’re motivated by learning and growing in a supportive, hands-on environment.
You’ll thrive here if you bring:
Experience in a generalist or advisory HR role, ideally across multiple sites or teams.
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Exposure to change, transformation, or business growth environments.
The confidence to communicate clearly and build trust with leaders and team members.
A genuine passion for helping people perform, develop, and stay connected to purpose.
Why Healthia?
Full-time or Part-time, in-person role based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, with good access to public transport and other amenities.
Competitive package of $80,000–$90,000 + superannuation + $1,500 annual professional development allowance.
National travel opportunities, typically a few times a year for key projects and engagement activities.
Access to discounted allied health services and products across our network.
Fitness Passport and other group benefits.
Be part of a growing business that values innovation, connection, and impact.
Real opportunities to shape leadership initiatives and growth strategies.
This is an exciting time to join a company that’s evolving fast and investing in the experience of our people, leaders, and patients.
