Full-Time, Fixed Term Position to February 2027
Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career and make a significant impact on a small dynamic team? We are looking for a talented Accounts Payable professional to join the largest employer and health care provider in East Gippsland in this fantastic position.
The Contract: Full Time Fixed Term Parental Leave Contract to Feb 2027, 80.0 hours per fortnight with monthly Accrued Day Off. Flexibility in hours is available so please outline your preferences in your application.
The Position:
The Accounts Payable Officer will undertake various accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. These will include the processing and monitoring of payments and expenditures, coordinating the authorisation of invoices and payment to suppliers within established time limits and accurate coding and entry of expenditures.

Key criteria required:
- 12 months' experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting
- A good knowledge of Accounts Payable and general accounting procedures
- High level of organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Experience using computerised accounting systems
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products, in particular Excel and Outlook
