As we expand, we’re seeking a talented Marketing Manager to take ownership of our multi-brand marketing activity and bring our campaigns to life.

About the Role
This newly created role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end marketing across three distinct brands, each with its own identity and customer base. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, and events — working closely with our external marketing agency and internal teams.

You’ll report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in shaping both our brand presence and customer experience strategy. With flexible working arrangements and a streamlined decision-making environment, you’ll have the freedom to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager and Leadership Team to plan and deliver multi-brand marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Manage marketing strategy and activity for three brands, tailoring messaging to distinct audiences.

Build and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, sponsorships, and community partnerships.

Use CRM tools to develop landing pages, customer journeys, and automated workflows via our websites

Develop and deliver EDM campaigns — from content creation and design to reporting.

Create campaign collateral, documents, and social assets using Canva or similar tools.

Manage content production across web, social, email, and print.

Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep campaigns on track and consistent with brand guidelines.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.

Oversee marketing budgets and support strategic reporting.

About You

Proven experience in marketing — ideally within automotive, finance, or related industries.

Confident managing multiple brands or product lines simultaneously.

Strong digital marketing skills (social media, CRM, EDMs, and analytics).

Creative eye for design and content with practical experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.

Comfortable being hands-on while also contributing to strategic planning.
