Position Overview:
Contractor position available for a Sales and Marketing Manager with a background in home improvements or home services to drive growth. Your role will be pivotal in generating leads through both digital and field marketing efforts, managing weekly in-home sales appointments are maintained, and building strong processes for a high quality customer experience through all aspects of the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital and non-digital marketing strategies to attract quality leads

Generate and nurture leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of in-home sales appointments

Qualify and set appointments for in-home sales reps to increase sales closing rates

Build on existing contact centre sales processes to a quality client experience

Manage existing paid advertising team to deliver monthly sales and drive ROI on marketing spend

Develop and extend EDM & Direct Mail marketing strategies

Manage content creation for web, social and print to position The Great Lawn Co as leaders in our space

Develop automations using a variety of platforms to increase client engagement

Manage weekly sales targets & KPIs to ensure business exceeds targets

Ensure lead volume KPI is met on a weekly basis

Collaborate with the team to coach and ensure in-home sales process followed

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven 3+ years experience in sales and marketing, ideally within home improvements, or related industries and an demonstrated understanding of quality lead generation tactics.

Strong digital marketing skills, including lead generation techniques

Experience managing external contractors to drive marketing outcomes

Experienced with all platforms for marketing including Google, Meta, Bing, Mailchimp, Zapier and more

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Driven, goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
