About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign execution for Creation Homes QLD. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to define growth objectives, develop performance-driven strategies, and ensure marketing is tightly aligned to sales and business outcomes.

You’ll lead a small but growing team, manage external agency partners, and bring a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to a dynamic business ready for scale.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Lead the evolution of the Creation Homes brand across all digital, traditional, and experiential channels.

Oversee all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, and website performance.

Partner with the Sales and Executive teams to enhance the customer journey and local market engagement.

Manage and mentor internal and external marketing resources, ensuring strong creative and commercial outcomes.

Oversee campaign planning, budget management, and performance reporting.

Analyse market insights, competitor activity, and campaign data to inform future strategy.

About You

You’re a proven marketing leader with the confidence and capability to shape strategy and drive growth. You understand the commercial realities of the building and property sector and bring the discipline, creativity, and leadership to make things happen.

You’ll bring:

5+ years’ experience in senior marketing management (property, building, or real estate preferred).

Demonstrated success in driving brand and business growth.

Strong leadership and team development experience.

Deep understanding of digital strategy, lead generation, and campaign analytics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.

Experience overseeing agencies and creative partners.
