📋 About the Role
Based in Braeside, you’ll work closely with our National Administration team and branches and be supported by experts across the business.
Your day will include:
Managing workloads of insurance home & contents claims
Collaborating with Operations to ensure accurate Assessment Reports
Writing reports & lodging them with Clients/Insurers via online portals
Liaising with external Claims Administrators & Assessors
Handling data entry and updates with precision
Meeting KPIs in a fast-paced but supportive team environment.
💡 Skills & Experience

Insurance background handy (but not essential)
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication & a friendly phone manner
Solid computer skills (MS Office, portals, databases)
Sharp attention to detail & accuracy in data entry
Ability to multitask & stay calm under pressure
Empathy and professionalism in every interaction
