The Role

We are seeking an intelligent, organised and self-motivated person to join our team in a Customer Service and Account Management role to manage local and interstate sales orders. You must have excellent account management skills to be able to confidently liaise with customers over the phone or by email.

Experience in customer service is required. You will need the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise your working day and communicate to a high standard with the sales team and our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include: answering the phone, order entry, artwork proof facilitation, quote preparation and follow up, email correspondence and liaising with clients regarding all facets of projects from the ordering process through to delivery or installation.

The Person

Experience in sales support and customer service is required.

Be organised, precise and have great attention to detail

Be intelligent and a quick learner who can think logically

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Customer focused with a friendly & confident phone manner

Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)

Ability to multi-task

Hours of Work: Full-time: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
